Client Responsibilities

Businesses requesting workforce support agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding staffing requirements.
  • Maintain a safe and lawful working environment.
  • Comply with Dutch employment and workplace regulations.
  • Communicate workplace requirements clearly.
  • Inform Holland Hire of any changes affecting placements.

Clients remain responsible for their workplace operations, supervision, and compliance obligations unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Candidate Responsibilities

Individuals applying through Holland Hire agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information.
  • Maintain valid work eligibility where required.
  • Comply with workplace policies and instructions.
  • Conduct themselves professionally.
  • Inform Holland Hire of any changes to availability, legal status, or employment eligibility.
Providing false information may result in application rejection, removal from assignments, or termination of cooperation.

Screening and Compliance Verification

To support workforce reliability and compliance, Holland Hire may verify:

  • Identity documentation
  • Work eligibility
  • Residence permit validity
  • VOG documentation (where required)
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications
  • Availability and suitability for specific roles

Submission of information does not guarantee placement or employment. Holland Hire reserves the right to refuse placement where compliance requirements are not met.

Placement and Workforce Matching

Holland Hire aims to match candidates with suitable opportunities based on:

While every effort is made to achieve suitable matches, Holland Hire cannot guarantee placement opportunities, assignment duration, or assignment frequency.

Trial, Training and Onboarding

Certain placements may include interviews, trial periods, training sessions, and workplace orientation. Participation in these activities does not automatically create an employment contract unless otherwise agreed.

Clients and candidates may be required to complete onboarding procedures before assignment commencement.

Service Availability

Holland Hire strives to maintain continuous service availability but does not guarantee:

Fees and Payments

For Business Clients

Termination

Holland Hire reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services if:

  • Conduct negatively impacts clients, candidates, or operations.

Termination may occur without prior notice where legally permitted.
